Delete your ACME account
Here you can ask us to delete your ACME account and everything we keep about you. You do not need to install the app or be signed in.
How it works
- Enter the email address you use to sign in to ACME.
- We send you a message with a confirmation link.
- Open it, confirm, and the account is deleted there and then. There is no going back.
What gets deleted
- Your user: name, email address and portal password.
- The mail accounts stored in the portal, with their servers and their encrypted passwords.
- Your signatures.
- The sessions on all your devices, which stop syncing immediately.
What does not get deleted
- The mailboxes themselves. Your mail lives on your provider's server (Gmail, your own domain…) and we do not touch anything there: to close those accounts, go to each provider.
- Messages already downloaded to your phone or computer. Uninstalling CoyoteMail removes them from the device.
- Server logs and backups, which roll over on their own and are gone within 30 days at most.
