These terms govern your use of the ACME portal (acme.replai.net) and of the CoyoteMail and RoadrunnerFTP applications. By creating an account or using any of them, you accept what follows.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by ARTSESSIONS S.L.U., tax ID B64848997, registered at Carrer Llull 240, 08005 Barcelona, España. Contact: .
2. What we provide
- ACME: a portal for managing users and the mail configuration — accounts and signatures — that the applications then sync.
- CoyoteMail: a mail and calendar client for macOS and iOS that connects to the IMAP, SMTP and CalDAV servers you specify, and to Google if you connect a Google account.
- RoadrunnerFTP: a file transfer client for macOS that works with SFTP, FTP, FTPS and S3-compatible storage (such as Cloudflare R2), and connects to the servers you specify.
We are a technical intermediary: the applications talk to your servers and your providers. We are not your mail or hosting provider, and we neither control nor answer for those services.
3. Your account
- The details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised use.
- You can revoke any device's access from the portal.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share them.
4. Third-party credentials
To work, the applications need credentials for your providers: mail passwords, Google tokens, or access to your file servers. By entering them you confirm that you are authorised to use them.
Credential syncing through the portal is optional and you switch it on yourself. If you do, those credentials are stored encrypted on our servers for the sole purpose of configuring your devices. If you switch it off or delete the account, they are erased.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use these services to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, impersonate another person, or falsify sender information.
- Access accounts, mailboxes or servers that are not yours or that you are not authorised to use.
- Distribute harmful software, or attempt to breach, overload or probe the security of the portal without written authorisation.
- Carry out any unlawful activity or infringe the rights of others.
If we detect such use we may suspend access immediately, and we will explain why unless a legal obligation prevents us.
6. Your content
Your mail, your signatures and your files are yours. We acquire no rights over them and use them for nothing beyond providing the service. We do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
7. Intellectual property
The software, branding, icons and documentation of ACME, CoyoteMail and RoadrunnerFTP belong to ARTSESSIONS S.L.U.. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use them for the purposes of these services. Decompiling, reselling or redistributing the software is not permitted except where the law expressly allows it.
8. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be downtime for maintenance, hosting provider failures or causes beyond our control. We will try to give notice of planned downtime.
We may change or withdraw features. If a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice.
9. Backups
Mail and files are not stored on our servers: they live with your providers and on your devices. Keeping backups of that content is your responsibility.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data or opportunity arising from use or inability to use the service, nor for failures of the providers you connect to.
Nothing above limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including wilful misconduct and gross negligence, nor any rights you have as a consumer.
11. Price
The service is currently free of charge. If paid tiers are introduced in future, they will be announced in advance and will not apply retroactively to what has already been provided.
12. Cancellation and termination
- You may cancel at any time by writing to . Closing the account deletes its data from the portal.
- We may close an account that breaches these terms, or when we stop providing the service, giving reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach.
13. Data protection
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may amend them. The date at the top shows the last revision and, when a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of España. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by the applicable rules; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
