Your ACME account stores your apps’ setup and brings it to every device you sign in on. Add a mail account on your iPhone and it’s already on your Mac, with its signature, its colour and its name.

A new device in a minute
Sign in with your ACME account and everything shows up: accounts, signatures and colours. Nothing to type again.
Change it once, it changes everywhere
Edit a signature or rename a mailbox on one device and the others catch up on their own.
Settings, never content
The account stores how to connect, not what’s inside. Your messages and files never pass through here.
You’re in charge
Revoke any device from the web, and delete the account whenever you like.
CoyoteMail isn’t a mail service: it’s the app you read the mail you already have with. Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Fastmail or your own domain, plus any CalDAV calendar.
For iPhone on iOS 26 and for Mac on macOS 26. One app, one download.
Every account, one inbox
Read them together or one by one. Each account has its own colour, and that colour follows its messages and its events. And make it yours: several colour themes for the whole app.
A few seconds to change your mind after sending or deleting. Schedule an email for 8:00 tomorrow and it goes out even with your iPhone off. And recipients complete themselves as you type.
Includes: undo send and delete, scheduled send with a heads-up when it goes, contact autocomplete, per-account signatures.

Your mail is yours
Messages travel straight between your device and your provider. We don’t read or analyse them. The one exception is the one you choose: a scheduled email is stored encrypted until its time and deleted as soon as it’s sent.
No ads, no trackers. Passwords stored encrypted.

Your Mac and your server, always in step
RoadrunnerFTP is an SFTP, FTP and FTPS client for macOS that also works with S3-compatible storage, such as Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3. And it has something the others don’t: Syncro, which pairs your local folder with the one on the server and shows you what has changed on each side.
The differences between local and server, at a glance
Turn on Syncro and RoadrunnerFTP finds the folder on the server that matches yours. From then on both panes move together, and every file tells you whether it’s the same, whether you changed it on your Mac, or whether it only exists on one side. You know what to upload without having to remember.

Pairs by content, not by name
Your folder is called public and the server’s is public_html. No matter: Syncro compares what’s inside, checks that the subfolders match too, and settles on the right pair.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask before installing.
How much do they cost?
Nothing. Use is currently free. If paid plans ever arrive, they’ll be announced in advance and will never apply retroactively.
Do you read my mail?
No. Messages travel straight between your device and your mail provider and aren’t analysed in any way. Only if you schedule a message is that email stored encrypted in the portal until its time, because the portal is what sends it; once it’s sent, it’s deleted.
How does scheduled send work?
Press and hold “Send” (on the Mac, the arrow next to it) and pick when: 8:00 tomorrow, Monday or any time you like. With your ACME account it goes out even with the app closed or the device off, and you get a notification when it’s sent. Until then you can edit it, change the time or send it now from “Scheduled”.
Can I react with an emoji?
Yes, just like Gmail: 👍, ❤️, 😂… Gmail users see it as a reaction under their message; other apps get a short email explaining it.
Which providers does CoyoteMail work with?
Any that speaks IMAP and SMTP: Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Fastmail or your own domain. Calendars via CalDAV, and your Google account too.
What does the ACME account sync?
Your setup: mail and calendar accounts, their passwords (encrypted), signatures, and each mailbox’s colour and name, plus your RoadrunnerFTP servers with their passwords and keys, also encrypted. Never your messages or your files.
Do I need an ACME account?
No. The apps work just the same without it; you’ll just have to set up each device separately.
What is Syncro?
The RoadrunnerFTP mode that pairs your local folder with the server’s, even when they have different names, and marks which files you changed on your Mac, which differ in size and which only exist on one side. In Assisted mode you decide what to upload; Automatic mode is coming soon.
Which protocols does RoadrunnerFTP support?
SFTP over SSH, FTP, and FTPS, both explicit (AUTH TLS) and implicit. Plus S3-compatible storage: Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, MinIO or DigitalOcean Spaces, for example.
Where are my files and mail stored?
With your providers and on your devices. We don’t copy them to our servers, so backing up that content is up to you.
Which versions do I need?
CoyoteMail needs iOS 26. RoadrunnerFTP, macOS 26.
How do I delete my account?
From the app itself or from the web. Everything the portal kept about you is erased.
